Last night was one of the best nights I've had in a long time. I had a long day and Taylor my waitress was so fantastic I couldn't ask for a better experience. She kept checking in on us. She brought me the best Peach drink ever! My impossible burger was the best ever. She gave us some good suggestions on cheese cakes.
Her personality and her energy was amazing. If you want the best customer service ever at a top notch restaurant please go to the Cheesecake Factory and sit in Taylor's section. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for having great customer service. I will come back with friends. -

Friendly service and checked up on us multiple times. Full stars.
Cleanliness
Bathroom and dining area is clean. Utensils, plates, cups all clean. 4-stars.
Food:
Huge disappointment. Chicken wings were cold. Cold, as in refrigerator cold. This led me to believe that the wings are pre-fried and reheated. I noted how quickly the wings came out after we ordered the food. The French fries were also stale, hard, and not hot at all. Brussels sprouts came out how but were overly sweet. The 0-star rating on food plays no bearing on the service as the server offered multiple times to redo the entrees. Unfortunately, to have half of the order come out unsatisfactorily from a major establishment is really unfortunate. But, it deserves 0-stars.
Consistency:
Unfortunately our experience was not consistent. If it were 1 dish, I might overlook it. However, we got multiple dishes that were not up to par. 1-star. -

My my my ....the best chicken parm sandwich I've had since 2009 in Red Bank NJ, the Pizza Slice.
Great food , nice drinks , wait staff exceptional .
Namesake product , what can I say . Great cheesecake !
I recommend eating it at home after a night in the friggie.
The wait can be 15-20 minutes but the bar will accommodate in the interim .

Why is this Cheesecake Factory such a hot mess?
It is like their managers literally do not care about upholding their standards.
The staff doesn't care. They talk amongst themselves ignoring the guests. The food takes forever. When it comes out, it doesn't taste/look right.
And guests what?
They don't care.
It is just so sad this one sucks so bad. -

Such a nice night out at Cheesecake Factory. Good food and good service. Giving 3 stars because I asked for extra mushrooms on my California cheesesteak sandwich. When it arrived I was disappointed they forgot but didn't feel it was worth saying anything. That is until the bill came and I saw that they charged me $7.55 extra for mushrooms. Not cool Cheesecake Factory, not cool.
